asked questions in the section below. If you require any further

CUSTOMER PRIVACY - After ordering you will be put
on our mailing list and sent information approximately twice
a year. We will never pass your details on to a third party
but may include information from some of the charities
and organizations with which we have contact.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDERING BY TELEPHONE - If you
prefer, speak to a human being between 9.30 am - 5.00 p.m.,
(local time) Monday - Friday. We accept payment by; Visa,
Switch, Delta, and MasterCard.

DELIVERY TIMES - Orders are normally dispatched within
three working days. Parcels under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail.
Orders over 1kg are sent by White Arrow Express. Their standard
service takes 3 to 5 days. You can notify us of special delivery
instructions when placing your order. Please use our order
tracking facility to monitor the progress of your order.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING - We do not charge your credit
card until goods are ready to be dispatched.
RETURNS - always accepted, provided we receive proof
of purchase together with the unused goods including all original
packaging, postage paid, in good condition. We will then issue
full refund* for the returned goods. This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer.
*We regret that we are not able to reimburse any postage or
carriage charges.
DAMAGED GOODS - Please inspect the goods on receipt.
Should anything be damaged, contact us immediately. Return
the imperfect items as soon as possible so that we may claim
from the delivery company. Subject to availability, we will
forward replacements immediately. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
SECURITY - Online credit card processing utilizes
secure servers using 128 bit SSL encryption. Your credit card
details are not processed with you personal information. In
addition our online administration uses multilevel password
protection. Once you order has been processed, your credit
card details are permanently deleted. If you have any concerns
regarding online security, you may choose to place an order
without submitting credit card details - we will contact you
by telephone to arrange payment. This will be between 9.30am
to 5pm Monday to Friday.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
- We regret that we are not able to take online orders from
outside the United Kingdom. If you would like to order items
from us please complete our contact
form, we will then send you our full mail order catalogue
and postal order form. Alternatively, please contact us by
telephone or fax.
ANIMAL WELFARE - Honesty is
a joint founder member of CICAW (The Cosmetics Industry Coalition
for Animal Welfare), which was launched by four cosmetic companies
to highlight misleading labeling claims concerning animal
testing and to campaign for a real cessation of animal testing.
The issue of animal testing is complicated by the fact that
virtually all substances have at some stage been tested. Honesty
operates a fixed Cut-Off date policy of 1976, i.e.. we use
no new innovative ingredients developed after 1976. This was
the beginning of regulation of cosmetic ingredients in the
European Union, since when new innovative ingredients have
been required by law to be tested on animals. There are no
laws which require finished products to be tested on animals.
Tests relating to new innovative ingredients account for 80%
of animals used for testing in any given year. There are currently
no alternatives to animal testing acceptable to regulatory
authorities. In order not to perpetuate animal testing Honesty
has decided to make this ethical stance. Although we realize
the fixed cut-off date policy in not 100% perfect, we feel
no other policy achieves so much.
VEGETARIANS & VEGANS - All products are suitable
for vegetarians and vegans, containing no animal derived ingredients
whatsoever.
ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES- All products are biodegradable
and contain nothing that is harmful to the environment. Products
are made from quality raw materials. Plant oils and extracts
are fully utilized and only natural plant colourings are included.
We use no mineral oils or petrochemical based detergents.
We try our best to ensure that the source of raw materials
does not exploit or adversely affect the environment or its
people. All bottles are recyclable. Our 200ml and 1000ml bottles
are made from HDPE.
Postage and Packing
Postage and packing is calculated for your order
once you have selected your correct location prior to checking
out. Carriage charges are displayed in the check-out before
you are asked for your payment details. For your information,
our current scale of charges is set out below:

Orders are normally dispatched within
three working days. Order under 1kg in weight are sent
by Royal Mail.
Orders over 1kg are sent by Business
Post on a 24 hour service. Please
advise us of any special delivery instructions (eg leave
in shed/garage/leave with neighbour at number XX etc).
We can also offer a next day delivery
service. Orders must be with us by 11am the working
day before delivery is required. Please add an extra
£2.50 for this service.
Card payments accepted-Master card,
Visa, Electron, Solo, JCB and Maestro (Switch)..
For postal orders received from outside
the United Kingdom, carriage will be charged at its
cost to us. We will notify you of these charges when
we confirm your order.
